Career
He started his career in Drammen. However, in the summer of 2014 Pellegrino went to the first-tier club Lillestrøm. He made his league debut for Lillestrøm in August 2014 against Haugesund.
Following a tenure completely without league goals, he went on to Mjøndalen in the summer of 2015.
