Career
She competed at three World Junior Championships as a pair skater and at two more as a single skater. From 2008 to 2009, Khnychenkova competed in pair skating with Sergei Kulbach for Ukraine. They were 20th at the 2009 World Junior Championships.
From 2010 to 2011, she competed with Mark Magyar for Hungary.
They placed 7th at the 2010 Trophée Éric Bompard and 13th at the 2011 World Junior Championships. After their partnership ended, she returned to competing for Ukraine, as a single skater.
Knychenkova placed 17th at the 2013 World Junior Championships in Milan. In 2014, she was assigned to her second World Junior Championships.
She finished 17th at the event in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In the 2015-2016 season, Knychenkova placed 4th at the International Cup of Nice. She had a knee sprain and some boot issues in the first half of the season. Single skating
