Career
Although the bulk of his output was in the gay pornography genre, he also wrote and directed Buddies. Released in 1985, Buddies was the first American feature film on the subject of the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome pandemic. Copies of Abuse and Buddies are held by the Hormel Center at the San Francisco Public Library as part of a collection donated by the Frameline Film Festival.
Bressan died of an Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome-related illness on July 28, 1987.
