Career
He usually plays as a left winger. Artur Ioniță made his professional debut at the Moldovan Divizia Națională club Zimbru Chișinău in 2007. In 2008-2009 he played for Football Club.
From 2009 to 2014 he played for the Swiss team, with which he transferred from the Swiss Challenge League to the Swiss Super League.
Ioniță was then transferred to the Italian Serie A club in July 2014 on a free transfer. He made his début against Atalanta, as a substitute for Mounir Obbadi.
This made him the first Moldovan football player to score a goal in Seria A. He subsequently scored a second goal in the game, against Genoa, playing the full 90 minutes of the play. An assist for Panagiotis Tachtsidis on the 52nd minute.
Ioniță has played 12 matches for Moldova and has scored 2 goals.
