Bill Lawrence tells the story of his 37 year career in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from the Naval Academy in 1951 and became the first naval aviator fo fly twice the speed of sound in a Navy airplane. As a naval aviator and test pilot, he was shot down and held by the North Vietnamese at Hanoi Hilton prison for six years.
