Otto Scheff was an Austrian freestyle swimmer, water polo player, lawyer, politician, and sports official who completed in the 1906 Summer Olympics, in the 1908 Summer Olympics, and in the 1912 Summer Olympics. Within the period of 1906 and 1908 he set 4 world records. He also remains the youngest Austrian Olympics winner.
Education
In 1906 Scheff was only 17 and still learned at school. The local Board of Education gave him a 3-week discharge from school to participate in 1906 Summer Olympics only after a corresponding application was launched to the Olympic Committee.

He also was vice president of the Austrian Olympic Committee.
