Transferred to Galatz, 1895. Promoted to be His (or Her) Majesty’s Consul at New York, 1896.
Appointed a Royal Commissioner, 1909, for the International Exhibitions at Brussels in 1910, and at Rome and Turin in 1911. Commercial Attache to His (or Her) Majesty’s Embassies at Vienna (since 1899) and Rome, and to His (or Her) Majesty’s Legation at Athens.
