13 March 1917 led company of sailors from their barracks into the streets of Kronstadt to agitate for revol and aboliton of the monarchy. After 1917 February Revol conducted active Bolshevik propaganda among sailors. Member, Petrograd Soviet.
Delegation, 1st All-Russian CongreSs of Soviets. Member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee of 1st convocation. During 1917 October Revol commanded a squad of soldiers and sailors.
