Founded Yakut Laborers’ Union. Member, Special Commission, Central Executive Committee of Siberian Soviets. 1918 fought in Red Army against Admiral Kolchak.
Captured by Kolchak’s troops and exiled to Tomsk Oblast. 1921 chairman, Yakutsk Province Revol Committee. 1922-1925 chairman, Yakut Central Executive Committee.
1927-1931 Yakut People's Commissar of Education. Member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Central Executive Committee of two convocations. Board member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Writers’ Union.
Deputy, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Soviet of 1937 convocation. Arrested by State Security organs.
