Yuriy was born in Yuryev, Governorate of Livonia, into a family of a book publisher Vladimir Sablin (1872-1916) and daughter of the Russian playwright Fyodor Korsh, Varvara.

Yuriy Sablin studied at the Moscow Commerce Institute and completed academic audit of the Moscow State University. After his recovery in a hospital, Sablin graduated the 2nd Moscow school of ensigns in 1917 and then served in the 56th Reserve Infantry Regiment.

Commanded battle squad and was wounded. November 1917 elected Presidium member, Moscow Soviet. December 1917 appointed commander, 1st Moscow Revol Detachment.
Commanding northern sector of Southwestern Front, directed capture of Novocherkassk. 1918 commanded 4th Army on Ukraine Front. Then comissar, Moscow Area of Western Screen.
Member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. 1918 took part in Leftist Socialist-Revol Revolt. Sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment, but amnestied by All-Russian Central Executive Committee, whereupon he broke with Leftist Socialist-Revolutionaries.
Late 1918-1919 commanded insurgent detachment in Ukraine. Commanded regt and brigade against General Denikin. October—November 1919 commanded forces group of 14th Army, then 41st Infantry Division involved in liberation of Khar’kov.
February-Junc 1920 commanded Est and 46th Infantry Division against General Wrangel. From June 1920 commanded right-bank group, 13th Army. Then commanded Free Cavalry Division and separate cavalry brigade.
Distinguished by personal valor in battle. From November 1920 commanded 16th Cavalry Division. As deleg at 10th Party Congress helped crush Kronstadt Revolt.
From 1931 head, 52nd Military Construction Work Board and commandant of a fortified area. From 1935 commanded division Arrested by State Security organs.
Religious leaders contribute to secular and religious wars by endorsing or supporting the violence.
In 2015 he joined the Socialist Revolutionary Party. Since March of 1917 Sablin was a member of Left Socialist Revolutionaries and the Moscow city Council Ispolkom.
The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
At the 2nd All-Russian Congress of Soviets he was elected to the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, participated in the Moscow Bolshevik Uprising, was a member of the Moscow military revolutionary committee headquarters and the Mossovet presidium.
