1937-1941 chief engineering for construction of Kuybyshev Hydropower Complex and Main Board for Construction of Volga-Baltic Waterway. From 1942 director and chief engineering, Design, Prospecting and Research Board for Construction of Hydraulic Engineer Installations, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Ministry of Electr Power Plants. 1948-1952 also chief engineering for construction of Volga-Don Shipping Canal, et cetera
From 1953 also chairman, Section for Water Mang Problems, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Academy of Sciences. Deputy, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Soviet of 1937 and 1954 convocations.
