2012 Livermore won the June 12, 2012 Republican Primary with 3,718 votes (7217%), and won the November 6, 2012 General election with 15,914 votes (5777%) against Democratic nominee Rich Dunn. 2010 When Democratic Assemblywoman Bonnie Parnell retired and left the District 40 seat open, Livermore won the three-way June 8, 2010 Republican Primary with 2,788 votes (5007%), and won the November 2, 2010 General election with 8,616 votes (5149%) against Democratic nominee Robin Williamson.
