Background
A noted expert in the area of transfer pricing and research and development incentives, Peter has spoken at many conferences on the subjects, including the Global Transfer Pricing Forum (2017), TP Minds Americas (2018), International Tax Dispute Resolution Summit (2018), Morgan Lewis' R&D Tax Credit Symposium (2020) and Marcus Evans' Tax Officers Summit (2022). He has also been interviewed on the transfer pricing podcast, The Fiona Show, and is a regular speaker on Massie Tax Credit's quarterly R&D Tax Credit Roundtable. He has also been interviewed in the Wall Street Journal and the International Tax Review.
Peter has long been active in professional organizations. He serves as the president of the Westchester-Fairfield Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute and serves on their national board of directors. In addition, Peter is a member of the Inbound Tax Policy Council of the Global Business Alliance. He has also served as president of the Stamford Tax Association and the Connecticut-Westchester Chapter of Financial Executives International. Peter was also the treasurer and a board member of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors.
Peter has also been active in community organizations. He has been president of the Mount Pleasant (NY) Rotary Club and served as treasurer of Rotary District 7230 (NY Metro). He presently serves on the boards of the White Plains (NY) Rotary Club and its charitable foundation. Peter was also the treasurer and board member of Junior Achievement of the Hudson Valley. He is also past treasurer of the Long Ridge Swim & Tennis Club, Stamford, CT.
