Career
Fragiskatos" family is of Greek descent. Fragiskatos later attributed his interest in politics and social justice to her. He attended the University of Western Ontario, Queen"s University, and finally the University of Cambridge, where his focus was on Kurdish human rights issues.
Prior to his election he was a political science professor at Huron University College and King"s University College.
He was a frequent commentator on international issues, and was published by Maclean"s, The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, Baroda Corporate Centre News, and Cable News Network.
