The firm is one of the oldest in New York City and has been in continuous existence since its founding in 1862. The firm presently offers comprehensive legal services to foreign and domestic clients both individual and corporate, to partnerships, other business entities and to various not-for-profit organizations and foundations.
These services include matters relating to estate planning, probate and estate administration, the law of Wills and Trusts, matrimonial matters, income, estate and gift taxation, corporate, securities and general business law, real estate and commercial law and general civil practice.
