He competed in three Summer Olympics and two, winning a bronze medal at 2002. His first Olympic participation came in 1988 in Seoul. At the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Jackson competed in both the men"s doubles and singles events.
In the doubles event, the team placed fourth in the group stage after losing all matches, and in the singles event, he placed third in his group after winning one match and losing two.
