Career
His responsibilities include both the creative and administrative operation of the company. Jankowski served as Executive Producer on the Law & Order branded television series, and is currently an Executive Producer for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on National Broadcasting Company. Jankowski is also the Executive Producer of the Wolf Films National Broadcasting Company series Chicago Fire (television series), and Chicago Privatdozent (television series). The film"s airing on the acclaimed Public Broadcasting Service American Masters Series garnered a 2010 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Nonfiction Series.
Before joining Wolf Films in 1997, Jankowski served as Senior Vice President of Universal Television where he was responsible for all series produced under that banner, which included Northern Exposure, Quantum Leap and Coach (television series).
He produced 12 films with the Hispanic Film Project (president 1990-1993) and served on the board of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society.
