Bachelor of Arts, Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota, 1892. Graduate Augustana Theological Seminary, Rock Island, Illinois, 1894, Doctor of Theology, 1920.

Career

Missionary in Utah, 1894-1895. Pastor successively at Essex, Iowa, Galesburg, Illinois, 1st Church, St. Paul, Minnesota, 1st Church, Stanton, Iowa, Immanuel Church, Chicago, until 1918. President Illinois Conference Evangelical Lutheran Augustana Synod of N.A., since 1919.
