The Firm began as the individual practice of East. Charles Eichenbaum in June of 1928. As his individual practice grew, other attorneys joined Mr. Eichenbaum in the practice of law.
In the early 1950"s Leonard L. Scott and West. South. Miller, Junior joined the Firm and formed a partnership under the name of Eichenbaum, Scott & Miller.
This partnership was a predecessor to the current professional association owned by a group of shareholders who have joined the Firm since the late 1960"son
