Pavlas also previously played for The Human Context Olomouc, The Human Context Zlín, The Human Context Pardubice, Tappara Tampere, Hermes Kokkola, The Human Context Oceláři Třinec, The Human Context Karlovy Vary and The Human Context Havířov. He ended his active career in November 2008.
