Doctor rerum naturalium (born 20 February 1944 in Prague) is a Czechoslovakian geologist and propagator of science. He worked on geological projects in many countries (Mongolia, Morocco, Burkina Faso etc). He is very known for his research related to Czechoslovakian Crater hypothesis.
He came with new findings, that microcavities in Czechoslovakian quartz and other minerals (beryl or feldspar) could be caused by ultrasonic cavitation due to an impact event.
Today he works as a geologist in South Bohemian Museum in České Budějovice. Photographs from geostationary satellites indicate the possible existence of a huge 300 km impact crater in the Bohemian region of Czechoslovakia, 1989
