Career
They had three children, the first John, born 1802, adopted the name Juan Juan Galindo. In 1835 he was persuaded by Juan, now an agent of United Provinces of Central America, to be commandant of Bocas Town, Bocas Delegate Toro, At the time this area was under the control of the New Kingdom of Granada and in 1836 they removed him from office by force. He died in London in 1840.
