Philip workes as the writer and attorney. Since 1983 he has been a cofounding partner at Howard, Darby, and Levin (law firm), and special adviser to SEC Task Force of Simplification. During his career he also served as a consultant to other government officials and agencies.
Philip was a member of President Trump’s CEO council, advising on infrastructure, and regularly testifies before Congress.
On November 23, 1972, Philip married an architectural historian Alexandra Cushing, and they gave birth to four children: Olivia, Charlotte, Lily and Alexander (twins).
