Mr. Phillip Kim, Phil, co-founded M5 Networks, Inc. in May 2000 and serves as its Executive Vice President. At M5 Networks, Mr. Kim oversees corporate development, planning, and investor relations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of M5 Networks. An Internet entrepreneur since 1994, he was a Co-founder of Interport Communications and served as its Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his responsibilities, he co-led the Interport's operations and technology. He was also a Co-Founder of Global Internet Group and served as its Vice President of Business Development there and then at Asia Online. He serves as Director of M5 Networks, Inc.
