Career
Abrams has also appeared in the films The Island (2005), Nancy Drew (2007) and Saving Sarah Cain (2007). He currently has a recurring role as Philosophy Lessing on the National Broadcasting Company drama Parenthood. In 2014, he appeared on Criminal Minds as Doctor Weinstein.
Abrams is also an acting teacher at The Director"s Perspective, an acting studio located in Santa Monica, California.
Abrams portrayed Ira Goldman in the drama film White Frog and Mel in the horror film Insidious: Chapter 3.
