He was chairman of the Craft Potters Association of Great Britain for four years from 1994 to 1998 and has exhibited widely in the United Kingdom, Japan, South of Korea and the United States of America. Rogers work is represented in more than 40 museums including the permanent collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemporary Ceramics in Mashiko.
He is also a member of the International Academy of Ceramics.
