Vincent, Phyllis Mattingly was born on November 21, 1946 in Springfield, Kentucky, United States. Daughter of J. B. and Mattie Francis (Boswell) Mattingly.

All Christians, and particularly those in leadership positions, should prayerfully seek God’s mind and will and strongly to consider the potential problems of politicizing the church and the pulpit before endorsing candidates.


Church members should meet regularly in order to be accountable to each other about how each person is living the Christian life.
