Willem Bernard "Pim" Jacobs was a Dutch jazz pianist and television presenter.

Career

Born in Hilversum, he worked with Louis van Dijk and Rogier van Otterloo also Wes Montgomery. He played for charity with van Dijk and Pieter van Vollenhoven. Foreign television, he hosted the music shows Music-All-In and Music Hall, and the game show Babbelonië.

Pim Jacobs died of cancer, in Tienhoven (Maarssen).

Achievements

  • Jacobs became famous with the Pim Jacobs Trio, which included Wim Overgaauw, his brother, bassist Ruud Jacobs and Peter Ypma.
