Policarp Malîhin is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed in the late 1970s.
Achievements
He won a bronze medal in the K-2 500 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. Malîhin also won three medals at the International Coach Federation Canoe Sprint World Championships with two silvers (K-2 1000 m: 1975, K-4 500 m: 1977) and a bronze (K-2 500 m: 1975).
