Career
During her time in Voronezh, she worked at one of the factories between 1955 and 1957. Since 1961 she had been the soloist at Kuybyshev (Samara) Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
Her major roles include: Marfa ("Khovanshchina" by Modest Mussorgsky), Polina and the Countess ("The Queen of Spades" by Pyotr Tchaikovsky), Lyubasha ("The Tsar’s Bride" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov), Kabanikha ("The Storm" by Venedikt Pushkov), Elisabetta ("Maria Stuarda" by Sergey Slonimski), Amneris and Azucena ("Aida" and "Il trovatore" respectively, by Giuseppe Verdi) and others.
