ANGELINA, Praskov’ya was born on January 12, 1912 in Staro-Beshevo.

Education

1940 graduate Timiryazcv Agric Academy.

Career

1928 joined StaroBeshevo agric artel. 1929 studied at tractor drivers' school. Initiated special courses for training women tractor drivers.

1935 attended 2nd All-Union Congress of Kolkhoz Shock-Workers, also a Moscow conference of specialists in increasing crop yields. 1938 appealed to Soviet women to train as tractor drivers. During World War 2 led a team of female tractor drivers at a machine and tractor station in the Kaz Soviet Socialist Republic.

After World War 2 headed a tractor drivers’ team at the Staro-Beshevo machine and tractor station, Ukraine Soviet Socialist Republic. Deputy, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Soviet of l-5th convocations. Elected member, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine at 14th-19th Ukraine Party Congresses.
