Senior engineer Stein Doshi Bhalla, New Delhi, 1971-1979. Chairman, managing director Spectral Service Consultant Private Ltd., since 1980. Visiting professor School Planning & Architecture, Delhi University, New Delhi, since 1973.

Consultant engineer with 50 years experience in design of Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning, electrical, public health, fire suppression, build automation system, security, data and voice transmissions system for buildings in India and worldwide. Convener National Building Codes (section Building Services) Bureau Indian Standards, 2005. Designer services system more than one thousand super deluxe hotels, state of art medical facilities, institutional buildings, large commercial complexes and multiplex theatres all over the country.
