Prem Kumar is an Indian Chemical Engineering professional, obtained his Doctoral degree (Tech) in Process Engineering from the University of Oulu (2013) and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Abo Akademi University, Finland (2007).
Career
Prem Kumar is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Environmental and Chemical Engineering research group, University of Oulu, Finland. My research work is focused on heterogeneous catalysis and reaction engineering. His work emphasizes catalysts design and development for hydrogen production, CO2 utilization reactions and also membrane assisted reactors for clean energy and environmental technologies. He worked in many international collaborative research projects and networking in the EU, Cost Action, Indo-EU, and FP7 Marie Curie Actions. Published more than 12 papers, 3 book chapters, and oral presentation in more than 10 international conferences.
