Background
Antoine is a male-line great-grandson of King Ferdinand II of the Two Sicilies and an elder half-brother of Prince Casimir of the Two Sicilies. She is the third child and second daughter of Duke Philipp Albrecht (heir of the kings of Wurttemberg, who were deposed in 1918) by his second wife Archduchess Rosa of Austria.
