The firm was established in 1992 and offers a full range of legal and consulting services.
The firm has a particular interest in Thai Food and Drug Administration, environmental and large infrastructure project law. The client base consists, primarily, of North American, Japanese and European companies which are engaged in business transactions in Thailand.
The firm also has a practice which concerns investment matters in Myanmar (Burma) and Vietnam and Indochina. The firm has five lawyers and consultants and a support staff of seven administrative personnel.
