Career
As student joined revol movement. Participated in 1917 October Coup in Moscow. Chairman, Zamoskvorech'e Soviet.
Secretary Zamoskvorech’e Rayon Party Committee. From August 1918 secretary, Volga German Oblast Party Committee. From 1921 ran Baku Education Department.
From 1922 secretary, Central Committee, Communist Party Azerbaydzhan Editor, newspaper Bakinskiy rabochiy. From 1926 senior admin posts in publ houses and on ed bds of newspapers and journals.
Religion
The hierarchical structure of most religions is anti-democratic, and thus offends basic human rights.
