1915 joined revol movement. 1915 arrested and exiled to Siberia. After 1917 February Revol worked in Lubny.
Sided with Social-Democrats and SocialistRevolutionaries. 1918 attended 1st Congress of Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine, at which he was elected candidate member, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine. Underground Party work in Kiev and Poltava.
Member, Kiev Oblast Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine. At 4th (September) Plenum of Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine coopted member, Central Committee. At 2nd Congress of Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine elected member, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine.
Late 1918—early 1919 underground Party work as member, Kiev Province Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine, member, Kiev Province Revol Committee, Presidium member, Kiev Province Executive Committee and chairman, Kiev Revol Tribunal. At 3rd AU-Ukraine Congress of Soviets elected member, All-Ukraine Central Executive Committee. Summer 1919 assigned by Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine to nan Khar’kov Party organisation.
Arrested by military authorities of Volunteer Army.
Religion in its origin doesn't give equal treatment to women and thus offends basic human rights.
