After graduate junior and senior regt surgeon, then div surgeon. From 1939 deputy chairman, Red Army Health Board. Helped to improve supply system for troop medical centers, field hospitals, et cetera
From 1941 head, Medical and Health Supply Board, Main Military Health Board.
