He was Consul Suffectus I from March to an unknown month 192, Governor of Bithynia et Pontus, Proconsul of Asia sometime between 200 and 210, and Consul Ordinarius II in 219 with Emperor Elagabalus. Sacerdos was the son of Quintus Tineius Sacerdos Clemens.
