Sandidge, Senior, and the firm of Fowler and Holbrook, comprised of O. L. Fowler and Morton J. Holbrook. Byron, Sandidge, and Holbrook, as the firm was then called, had a diverse civil practice.
The firm represented numerous utilities and oil and gas production businesses, and was also involved in insurance defense, estate planning and administration, real estate and bank legal work.
