The firm was established in 1905 by the late Sir Kenneth Solomon, C.B.E., Queen's Counsel and the firm-name changed to Higgs & Kelly on his death in 1954. The firm represents many of the Bahamas" largest business houses and real estate developers as well as other prominent local and international clientele.
Some clients have been with the firm for several generations, a testament to the quality of legal services provided by the firm.
