In the quarterfinals, Ra and Kim lost to Jonas Rasmussen and Rikke Olsen of Denmark 17-14, 15-8.

Achievements

• They lost the semifinal to Zhang Jiewen and Yang Wei of China 15-6, 15-4 but won the bronze medal match against Zhao Tingting and Wei Yili, also of China, 10-15, 15-9, 15-7 to win the bronze medal.
