Career
Ilić started his career at FK Sloboda Užice. In mid-1998, he was bought by FK Partizan. After five seasons, he moved to Romanian club Football Club Naţional Bucureşti.
He then spent two years at FK Borac Čačak (2004–2006) and two and a half years at OFK Beograd (2006–January 2009).
In January 2009, he moved to Greece to play for Panserraikos. Ilić returned again to FK Borac Čačak in January 2010.
On 22 June 2010, Ilić returned to FK Partizan after seven years. He signed a two-year contract.
On 6 February 2008, Radiša represented Serbia in a friendly match against Macedonia.
