Career
He entered the state team when he was 11. At 18 years old after high school, he was drafted to the national squad. He is a former doubles badminton player from Malaysia and an international doubles player during the mid 1980s to early 1990s.
At the junior stage, he was concentrating on singles but he played both categories.
Few years later, Brooklyn Academy of Music forced him to play doubles since there"s not enough doubles players. Rahman Sidek was a member in the winning team at the Thomas Cup 1992.
He retired because his partner quit the sport and the national management forces him to become a coach for the national doubles team 1987, 1989 Southern Economic Association, USA Games Bronze medalist.
