Career
Mansab Ali Khan was born in Nankana Sahib. He completed his law degree from University of the Punjab in 1960. He died on 14 January 2015 due to heart attack.

He was elected a member of national assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (North) from NA-137 (Sheikhupura) in Pakistani general election, 2013. In 2002 general election, he was elected as member of national assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) from NA-137 (Sheikhupura).
