Raisa Nichiporovna was born in 1931 in the village Petrovtsy, Polotsk district, Vitebsk region in the family of a farmer.

In 1922 she went to study at the seven-year school, which was located in the village Vencevoe, Polotsk region. After studying she went to work on the farm "Chekist."
In 1944 she formed the kolkhoz "Red Triangle".
In the postwar years, the farm went wrong with the cultivation of flax. Raisa Nichiporovna became team leader and a year later received good results.
In March 27, 1949 Raissa Nichiporovna was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor and all the members
of her team were awarded orders and medals.
From 1951-1959 gg. She was a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the BSSR.
