He was originally signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa. In track, as a sophomore and junior, he was a first team All-State selection.
Henderson holds the All-Time 110 High Hurdle mark in Wisconsin at 13.71.
