He served as Modern Language Association (2007-2012) from Zamania constituency of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Doctor Raj Kumar Singh Gautam was born in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India 1966 to Shri Ranvijay Singh and Shrimati Radhika Devi. He studied at Udai Pratap College in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and finally completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy) in horticulture from Purvanchal University in 1993.
He started his business in Varanasi in 1994.
Gautam started his business with Sicchit Berojgar Loan of 25000 only in 1994. Because of his hard working, honest and positive approach he became very popular in Varanasi.
Now he is dealing in Hospitality, Real-estate and Educational sectors.
