Ralph Morgan was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league football player of the 1940s and "50s, playing club level rugby union for Machen Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Cross Keys Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Newport Police Reconstruction Finance Corporation, and Newport Reconstruction Finance Corporation, as a Fullback, id est (that is) number 15, and playing representative level rugby league for Wales, and at club level for Swinton, and Leeds, as a fullback, id est (that is) number 1.
