Career
Keyser was born May 10, 1883 in Thoroughfare, Virginia and after joining the Marine Corps participated in numerous conflicts including World War I, the Occupation of Nicaragua and World World War World War II He died April 19, 1955 in the Naval Hospital, Bethesda, Maryland.
